While my colleagues and I applied make up production plan against material and goods shortage, we calmed the customer, and explained to them tirelessly to seek their understanding. At the same time, we put ourselves in their position, thinking if our factory stops production, how should we do. Therefore, we paid attention to what our customers were worried, and sent the best comfort to them. In case of any problem that cannot be handled by us, we will report it to our leaders immediately.
